Deeper Mindfulness

“……. the awareness that emerges through paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally to the unfolding of experience moment by moment' (Jon Kabat-Zinn Full Catastrophe Living 2003).

Practicing mindfulness allows us to be present and in touch with ourselves, develop a real sense of belonging, and improve our alertness in all that we do, all the time.

A young girl approaches her father and asks, “Is it true that when we are asleep, we can wake up?”
Her father assures her, “Of course it is true”.
“Then”, says the girl, “it must also be true that when we are awake we can wake up more”.
